We invite you to the BCC webinar entitled “How to increase the efficiency of SAP in finance at a low cost”.
During the presentation, we will demonstrate several ready-to-use solutions from the BCC EXTRA offering, prepared with a view to improving work in financial departments of companies using the SAP system.
We create the EXTRA products on the basis of many years’ experience in working for different customers, both in Poland and abroad. Prepared in SAP technology, the EXTRA products may be customized and developed in an analogous way to other SAP standard functionalities.
We will present you the following “off-the-shelf” solutions – ready to use after importing transports:
- EasyAging – a solution designed for companies seeking to improve the cash flow through efficient management of receivables/payables. This tool offers a transparent report which comprehensively presents data regarding the amount of past due receivables/payables and how long they have been overdue for individual customers.
- EasySettler – an additional tool for streamlining the month-end closing process in the SAP controlling module. With EasySettler settlement cycle, it is possible to create a Profit and Loss Statement (with classification of expenses by function ) based on GL accounts without the necessity to use functional areas.
- EasyMonit allows users to generate bulk automatic reminders on overdue payments to the customers in the form of emails and/or SMS messages. The greater the number of recipients served and sales invoices processed, the bigger the benefits.
- EasyDIT (DIT – Delivery in Transfer) allows to automatically find and reclassify the value of non-invoiced deliveries from cost of sales (COS) accounts, in the month-end closing procedure. This allows you to achieve a correspondence between the revenues/costs of sales within a month and year in the SAP Financial Accounting.
The webinar will be held on March 31, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (UTC+2). We invite you to register and to pass our invitation also to other people in your companies who might be interested in the issue of SAP optimization.
