The Invoice Controller is a proprietary solution of BCC that provides comprehensive information on the effectiveness of the process of recording purchase invoices in the SAP system. The product is intended for shared service centers and financial departments recording large amounts of documents. The data are reported both for each employee individually and for the whole organization.
The solution users are managers who are responsible for ensuring the efficiency of a shared service center (SSC) or a financial department, as well as for the ongoing management of the work of subordinate specialists.
The BCC Invoice Controller provides two reports:
- a performance report at the SSC/accounting department level
- a performance report for each employee.
