Join us for the webinar “Improve your work in materials management with SAP Fiori for SAP ERP”
SAP Fiori is a line of lightweight and rapid deployment applications that allow the functionality of most commonly used SAP transactions to be shared on mobile and stationary devices through a web browser. SAP Fiori provides access to SAP systems by means of a very intuitive and ergonomic interface as an alternative to SAP GUI.
During the webinar, we will present the possibilities of using SAP Fiori applications in the materials management area in the SAP ERP system, key benefits of using them and technical requirements (e.g. related to a database and installation of additional components, if necessary).
We will present you 3 types of SAP Fiori applications for the SAP ERP system:
- Transactional applications. They are used to perform operations that change the status of documents in the system and to display data in a simple, user-friendly way. They include applications used to:
- approve requisitions, orders, contracts, service entry sheets, invoices;
- track orders;
- create orders based on requisitions (Order from Requisitions);
- review one’s own purchasing documents (My Purchasing Document Items).
- Fact-sheets. They are used to display key information about objects and documents such as materials, suppliers, information records, requisitions, orders, contracts, material documents, invoices, based on a mechanism of full text searching for information in the system. They also show links to other documents.
- Analytical applications. They are used to calculate key performance indicators (KPI) and to display them as charts or tables. Various views are available to create analytical applications, such as: a value of stock priced for a specific date, a quantity of stock priced for a specific date, a scope of coverage based on historical consumptions, stock rotation, expected versus actual use of contracts.
The webinar will begin on November 28, this year at 1:00 p.m. (UTC+1). We kindly invite you to sign up for this webinar.
