All for One Poland conducts audits of SAP implementations – both during a project carried out by other partners, and after its completion – by analyzing the status of implemented functionalities that are in use.
An audit during an SAP implementation does not aim at the substantive evaluation of the work results (e.g. determining the correctness of system configuration settings). Its purpose is to evaluate the way in which an implementation is carried out and managed so as to identify potential risks early enough and to find solutions to the implementation problems.
A post-SAP implementation audit is most often aimed at assessing the correctness of implemented functionalities and their utilization level, as well as the consistency of system solutions with the business practice applied by a company. Such an audit can be a starting point for the SAP system development, upgrades or even its reimplementation.
The result of the audit is a report documenting the audit process, conclusions and recommendations, as well as a presentation for the Customer’s executives responsible for the project.
