Adjustment of SAP to Employee Capital Plans (ECP)
In connection with the Polish Act on Employee Capital Plans (PPK – Pracownicze Plany Kapitałowe) of 4 October 2018, we provide All for One PPK – a ready package of functions enabling the adaptation of SAP HR systems (SAP HR/SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) to the new regulations.
The basic scope of All for One PPK for SAP functionalities includes:
- keeping ECP records in integration with SAP,
- handling ECP processes (employee-employer) in the system,
- calculating contributions in a payroll (Payroll HR-PY or SuccessFactors ECP)
- exchanging files with ECP institutions – integration of the SAP system with systems of ECP institutions.
A product preparation team has been working at All for One Poland already since October 2018, allowing companies to adapt the SAP HR and payroll system to support ECP processes. All for One PPK is developed as information and executive acts arise within the scope of the Act on Employee Capital Plans, as well as on the basis of standards developed by the Working Group on Employee Capital Plans, in which All for One Poland participates.
