Bodyleasing is a form of cooperation that involves the long-term ’provision’ of a All for One Poland specialist to the customer. Under a contract, our specialist becomes a member of the customer’s project team. The work may be carried out on-site at the customer’s office or remotely.
Depending on the scope and type of responsibilities, the commissioned work in a body leasing model is carried out in two ways:
- Based on a long-term cooperation agreement that guarantees access to specific competencies within a defined range of days or hours on the basis of the estimated work demand of a customer (e.g. 10 days of Java programming per month, 4 FTEs of .NET work per month, etc.),
- By a consultant with documented experience in a specific area (e.g. specialist in selected integration technologies or SAP functionalities).

The concept of team outsourcing may vary, based on the scope of the project, roles provided by the customer (i.e. Project Manager role), project methodology applied (with special project roles, like Scrum Master) and work organization (remote/onsite/mixed).
