All for One EasySettler is an additional tool for streamlining the month-end closing process in the SAP controlling module.
With EasySettler, it is possible to supplement the month-end closing procedure in financials with an automatic settlement of costs allocated to cost centers to General Ledger (GL) accounts. Thanks to EasySettler functionality one can, for example, create the P&L statement in a functional format using general ledger (GL) accounts, without the use of SAP functional areas.
All for One EasySettler allows you to:
- perform the settlement irrespective of the object type (cost centre/order) to GL accounts
- post the already settled objects (e.g. to CO-PA module) into GL accounts, with a clearing account assignment to the object being settled or into a selected technical object (e.g. technical order)
- automatically reverse the settlement document.
With EasySettler settlement cycle, it is possible to create a Profit and Loss Statement (with classification of expenses by function ) based on GL accounts without the necessity to use functional areas.
The solution is designed for organizations that use: SAP ERP/ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA.
