All for One EasyExchangeRates is the extension to the standard SAP system to handle exchange rates. The tool automates the process of copying downloading and storing in the SAP system the selected current exchange rates directly from XML files made available by the National Bank of Poland (NBP) or European Central Bank (ECB).
We offer the solution for the following systems: S/4HANA, SAP ERP (ECC, SAP R/3).
Normally, the user must manually enter exchange rates to the SAP system every day. It is a tedious task and raises the possibility of error. With EasyExchangeRates, it can be automated.
All for One EasyExchangeRates downloads a file with exchange rates published on the website of the bank and saves the selected data in the exchange rate table of the SAP system. EasyExchangeRates ensures the correctness of data updates. In the case of failure, it informs relevant users about the problem. Optionally, the user can choose to have send a confirmation of the correct update of exchange rates sent as well. This ensures high safety of use.
All for One Poland offers two versions of the product:
- EasyExchangeRates for NBP
- EasyExchangeRates for ECB
The solution is an off-the-shelf product. After uploading transport requests and completing a simple setup, users can use it right away.
