All for One e-Deklaracje

With the All for One e-Deklaracje the tax payer can send electronic tax returns from the SAP HR/HCM or SuccessFactors system directly to the IT system of the Ministry of Finance of Poland.

Thus, the company makes savings in time and effort of the HR team and thanks to the automation of preparing PIT tax returns, All for One e-Deklaracje mitigate the risk of errors during creating and sending the documents.

The solution is used by more than 40 companies and several hundred thousand e-fillings are issued by them each year. They include the biggest Polish manufacturing and trade companies as well as organizations employing more than 500 employees.

The application has been developed for each company with SAP HR system, seeking to streamline the annual process of preparing PIT documentation. The solution is ready-to-deploy – users can start working on it once transport requests have been imported.

Package extensions

• Tax payer’s address on the envelope – an extension which allows to put the tax payer’s address directly in the PIT-11 tax return. The traditional way of sending PIT-11 tax returns to employees involves putting their addresses on the envelopes sent to them. Thanks to the solution, printed tax returns include the address for correspondence which is visible after placing the document in a windowed envelope. The company saves the time of employees engaged in inserting documents in envelopes and addressing them as well as saves money by not having to buy extra address labels. The concurrent use of inserters will drastically cut the time necessary to prepare the whole mailing process. This solution is an independent transport ready to be imported to the customer’s system.
• e-mails – PDF e-fillings may be electronically signed by the employer, compressed  with a password known only to the employee and sent to his/her email address
• a PCC-3 tax return form for tax on civil law transactions for which the FI module of the SAP system is a data source
