Submission and acceptance of vacation requests

Complete paperless self-service : the employee submits a request, BeeOffice keeps track of leave quotas. The supervisor approves online. And you can see the current leave plan for the team in the BeeOffice Schedule.

The Leave module supports the whole process of accepting and controlling the use of leave entirely online without paper documents.

BeeOffice enables a company or a team to create, view and modify a leave plan in a clear form of a simple table. Leave data is available to all persons authorized in the Schedule. Each employee can quickly check how many leave days and what type of leave they have taken already and how many days-off they can still take.

The Schedule in BeeOffice is a clear tool for employees’ activity management . It allows you to schedule tasks, view individual activities and  account for time spent on specific projects, activities or clients. It organizes your work.

  • Interactive table with activities of the employees in the specified period (past, current and planned)
  • Option to freely define the tasks (projects, clients) and group them to easily reflect various types of activities
