Migration of SAP Forms
to Adobe Forms

Smooth transition from SAP script to ADS

Due to the planned discontinuation of SAP support for SAPscript technology, organizations using this technology for generating printouts from SAP will need to migrate their forms to Adobe Forms (Adobe Document Services).

All for One Poland provides ready-made solutions and services that facilitate the transition from SAPscript technology to Adobe Document Services (ADS), at reasonable costs and without disruptions to processes or user workflows.

Analysis of forms currently in use – inventory of all forms, including identification of forms for quick deployment using the preconfigured package, along with determining the scope of customizations for (only) those forms and the pricing of customizations.

Package of preconfigured forms – delivery of 6 preconfigured forms based on a license

  • Goods issue document (WZ)
  • VAT invoice
  • VAT invoice – value adjustment
  • VAT invoice – quantity adjustment
  • VAT invoice – advance payment
  • VAT invoice – settlement of advance payment

We also provide additional services:

  • Customization of preconfigured forms to meet additional customer requirements
  • Analysis and implementation of other forms

For companies that do not have an SAP ADS installation: 

  • Installation of SAP NetWeaver Java server with SAP ADS, including configuration of connection to the SAP system
  • Hosting of SAP NetWeaver Java with SAP ADS, in a private All for One Managed Cloud

    6. Every person whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
    7. Personal data may be made available to other entities from the group that All for One Poland sp. z o.o. is part of – also located outside the European Economic Area, for marketing purposes. All for One Poland ensures that the data provided to these entities is properly secured, and the person whose data is processed has the right to obtain a copy of the data provided and information on the location of the data provision.
