SAP extension called Who Is Who application – worked out by BCC – provides an internal telephone directory to all employees. Who is Who presents information about the position of the employee in the organizational structure of the company, business relations (superior/subordinate), and enables demonstration of the employee pictures.
The start of this application facilitates the communication between the employees. New employees, new telephone numbers, and promotions – it is very difficult to keep all in mind in the organization, in which more than ten employees work.
For a new employee, it is particularly important to have the possibility to view the organizational structure of the company and to familiarize with the persons situated on the different levels of this structure. Pictures, attached to the list of the names and telephones, and the possibility to enter own description of the employees add colors to the application and cause that people use it willingly.
The capability of the integration of the application with the organizational structure stored in the SAP system SAP (BC-BMT-OM) should also be listed as an essential advantage.
