For the fifth year in a row, TNS OBOP has conducted the BCC Outsourcing Center customer satisfaction survey. According to the results of this year’s survey, 96% of Customers are satisfied with BCC services in IT outsourcing, SAP administration and remote support for SAP users.
BCC is the only company in the Polish market of SAP services that has been ordering each year – since as early as 2006 – customer surveys from an independent body and has been publishing their results. The aim of the surveys is to enable continuous improvement of quality of BCC services through better understanding of customers’ needs.
The survey was conducted from 7th to 25th June this year using the CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) method among 50 persons responsible for maintenance of systems and management of IT departments. Respondents evaluated the overall cooperation with the BCC Outsourcing Center and the quality of individual services.
96% of respondents positively evaluated the cooperation with the BCC Outsourcing Center. The most frequently mentioned strengths of BCC included: the competence and professionalism of staff, focus on customer needs and response time to requests.
The BCC Outsourcing Center provides comprehensive maintenance services for the IT environment: from hosting and collocation in its own data center, through systems administration, to the application support service – SAP user support. BCC has been providing outsourcing services since 1999. The Center handles over 100 Service Level Agreements (SLA).
