The first implementation of OKG – Petty Cash Management for R/3

Business Consulting Center (BCC) has developed OKG module – Petty Cash Management that integrates cashiers activity with R/3 system. OKG functionality has been already implemented at Chemical Works Zachem of Bydgoszcz.

OKG module developed by BCC is an extension of standard R/3 functionality, as so called, complementary software, fully integrated with the system.

Due to OKG, a cashier becomes a R/3 user – all cash-related information is available within the system (and system data are available in OKG). Cash report document data are ready for reviewing and to be automatically entered into books immediately after the document is closed.

OKG also facilitates the cashiers work, who receive some tools that support him at his job -advance payment register, schedules of denomination, checks, deposits etc. OKG integration with R/3 enables use of mechanisms already incorporated in the system, such as the user authorization system.

This solution is ready to be implemented by any enterprise that operates R/3. It works both with version 3.0 and 4.5.
