BCC has offered a new service: Supply Chain Review (SCR) which allows to gain a permanent competitive advantage in logistics. The offer was prepared on the basis of a long-term experience BCC has gained in business process optimisation in various sectors of industry and the experience gained by the Supply Chain Council, a worldwide organisation that defines and propagates the best practice in supply chain management.
SCR is targeted at production and trade companies that are aware of the imperfection of their logistic system and therefore intend to improve it significantly.
SCR enables to identify the course of logistic processes, create a map of the material and information flow, compare data on company efficiency with model benchmark factors from world leaders in particular business areas and use the best business practice in order to develop a target model.
The main basis for the method used is the SCOR reference model (Supply Chain Operations Reference model) of Supply Chain Council, supported by a tool to create and analyse supply chain – the SCORWizard.
