The leader on the Polish SAP services market ended the crisis year of 2020 with a record-breaking revenue level in its 25-year history.
The results were summarized at a meeting of the company’s employees on March 12 this year. “The 25th anniversary of our company’s operation was at the same time the most difficult year, due to the unprecedented crisis related to COVID. Operating and delivering services almost 100% remotely has proven to be a relatively easy task. Much more challenging was the postponement by our clients of many previously planned projects. We emerged victorious from this test. I would like to thank all employees for their intensive work in crisis conditions, and to our clients – for their trust and continued cooperation. We ended 2020 with record revenues, a positive financial result – and with a team larger than at the end of 2019," said Bartłomiej Buszczak, CEO of SNP Poland.
SNP Poland’s revenue exceeded 131 million PLN, compared to 110 million PLN for 2019. The company’s revenue from managed services increased by as much as one-third. “In 2020, our customers significantly expanded their cooperation with us. This applies both to SNP Managed Cloud services and SAP user support, i.e. application management," commented Waldemar Sokołowski, Director of IT Services at SNP Poland.
The record-breaking results were also achieved by revenues from SAP implementations and development, including the ERP S/4HANA system and HR SuccessFactors cloud solutions, as well as from the sale of own SNP software – including the SNP ECM system, the BeeOffice employee self-service portal and the SNP E-Time work time management platform.
“In the work we are carrying out, you can also see a clear increase in tasks related to digitization and automation of processes at customers, also using Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning. An innovative project is the development of the CrystalBridge platform for automating the transformation of SAP environments, which we support on behalf of SNP SE. More than 20 of our developers are constantly involved in this project" – commented Michał Kunze, Director of Consulting, AMS and Software Development at SNP Poland.
The company currently employs nearly 450 people, including consultants, project managers, administrators and a growing group of developers.
