SNP for Orsay: SAP AMS and administration support for companies in 11 countries

Since September 1, 2017, SNP has been providing the application management service for the SAP system of Orsay, a German fashion retail company.

As part of the SAP application management contract, SNP specialists provide support for key users and administrators, as well as remote assistance in solving the problems that can occur during the ongoing operation of the SAP system. SNP SAP Basis consultants proactively monitor SAP systems to ensure high performance of the environment. Additionally, SNP provides users and permission management service.

The support covers the following SAP system modules used by Orsay: finance and controlling, materials management, sales and distribution of the non textile goods. This service is provided to Orsay companies using the SAP system – the headquarter in Germany, and subsidiaries in Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Austria and Switzerland.

All for One Poland ensures that the data provided to these entities is properly secured, and the person whose data is processed has the right to obtain a copy of the data provided and information on the location of the data provision.
