Sika Poland, part of the Sika Group uses corporate SAP ERP solutions. The rollout project was implemented with the support from BCC, and at present the company uses the SAP application management service provided for SAP users by BCC support consultants.
Completed in January this year, the project consisted in rolling out the SAP solutions from the Swiss headquarters to the Polish company of the Group and tailoring them to its specific needs. The support provided by BCC covered a wide functional range of SAP ERP: finance, sales and distribution as well as materials management and production planning.
The project was a part of the global rollout program aiming at deploying the corporate SAP ERP template solution in companies of the regions EMEA and North America at Sika Group. The project participants included SAP consultants from Sika Informationssysteme AG, employees of the Polish branch of the Group and BCC specialists. BCC performed the SAP Alliance template roll-out in strict compliance with the project scope. The project team composed of BCC consultants, Sika Polish local team and Sika Group IT met all the set deadlines.
Since April, BCC has been providing Sika Poland with the SAP application management service in the field of FI, SD, MM, PP. Under this contract, BCC specialists provide Sika Poland employees with remote assistance in solving the problems that arise in everyday work with the SAP system.
