Since the beginning of 2016, the SAP application management at BCC has been available for SAP ERP users working in different time zones. BCC consultants provide support in solving problems arising in the ongoing work with the system until 10:00 p.m. CET.
The extended support covers all areas of the SAP ERP system. The service is provided under the SLA terms included in the contract. Communication is done in two languages – Polish and English, according to the preferences of a specific customer.
Michał Adamczewski, Support Services Deputy Director at BCC, underlines: “The extension of the support availability time is a response to the expectations of international companies where SAP users work in non-European time zones.”
