Randstad optimizes customer service through the BeeOffice-based portal

Since October this year, the first customer of Randstad has been using electronic leave requests in the RPS Portal. The Portal allows for leave requests to be entered and accepted, and enables full employee self-service regarding the checking of leave statuses and quotas.

The RPS Portal has been prepared by BCC based on the BeeOffice solution. The data on leave requests is exported to Randstad HR systems that support the delivery of HR BPO services for customers.

"The RPS Portal based on BeeOffice means for us two benefits in a single product. We increase the satisfaction of our customers and at the same time, we optimize the organization of our work", says Katarzyna Plucińska, Managing Director of Randstad Payroll Solutions. "In the coming months, the RPS Portal will be used by other companies serviced by Randstad Payroll Solutions. We also plan to provide more functionalities, including handling of personnel requests".

BeeOffice is an innovative employee self-service portal for companies of all sizes. Available anytime and anywhere through Internet, it organizes and optimizes the work of employees, improves the communication between them and helps save time and costs. BeeOffice supports, for example, the reservation of shared resources, a time schedule of employees, expense accounting for business trips and company cars, a register of office equipment, IT license management. BeeOffice is an in-house developed solution prepared at BCC Software Factory. BeeOffice is provided in the private cloud environment based on the organization and infrastructure of BCC Data Centers.

All for One Poland ensures that the data provided to these entities is properly secured, and the person whose data is processed has the right to obtain a copy of the data provided and information on the location of the data provision.
