In 2005 BCC has greatly increased its implementation potential and started cooperating with more than 30 new clients. Among new projects are some large international SAP ones.
BCC evaluates that at the end of 2005 it will report 15-20% growth in income compared with 2004. The company’s expansion is due to such factors as specializing in complex SAP projects, like those related to changes in organizational structure and implementations of new SAP solutions. During the year the company has enlarged its SAP consulting team by 40% and executed numerous R&D projects.
According to internal evaluations, this year the company’s share in Polish SAP market has come up to about 25%. Bigger and bigger part of BCC’s income is brought by outsourcing services, as in comparison with 2004 it has grown by 36%. Currently 20 clients are using BCC’s outsourcing services; in 2005 10 new clients have concluded new contracts and 3 expanded the contract’s scope.

We win new contracts because clients consider us to be innovative and reliable business partner’, said Bartłomiej Buszczak, BCC general director.
In 2005 BCC has invested a lot into the company’s skills development and numerous internal projects. Research and Development Center, created at the beginning of the year, has coordinated 18 projects dealing with industrial SPRINT (mySAP All-in-One) packages, preconfigured mySAP CRM solution or BCC EXTRA products that expand the standard SAP solutions. The company has also started cooperation with Institute of Information Technologies of Poznań University of Technology.
Among more interesting BCC’s projects of 2005 we may enumerate a comprehensive supply chain review for Tele-Fonika Kable SA and one of the largest SAP upgrades in Central-Eastern Europe. The company has also started large international projects. One of them is supporting BASF concern in SAP corporate model rollout from Germany to the USA. BCC is responsible for executing the project in five Central European countries.
In 2005 BCC has employed 25 SAP consultants, which means 40% growth in the number of implementation personnel. Together with 7milowy company BCC group now employs 92 SAP consultants. It is the largest and the most experienced SAP implementation team in Poland, as more than a half of them has over five-year experience in SAP implementations. Staff rotation in BCC is below 2%. Next year the company plans to increase the implementation personnel by 25%.
In 2006 the company plans to obtain 25% income growth. BCC hopes for further complex implementation projects, like those in SAP NetWeaver, Business Intelligence and mySAP CRM area. In 2006 the company plans to increase its income on outsourcing by 50%. BCC intends to focus more than before on business consulting, first of all in supply chain optimizing.
