BCC is developing its cooperation with Content Management, a provider of IT solutions in processing, electronic archiving and managing documents. Both companies have created and jointly provide a complete solution for optical document archiving in SAP system. Altair application, offered by Content Management, is integrated by BCC with a client’s SAP system. The solution gives access to optical copies of documents such as invoices or contracts directly from SAP system.
The archiving system offered by BCC and Content Management helps managing a large number of incoming and outgoing documents. Thanks to methods of quick information search and document processing, and also to the SAP data being directly related to a physical document, the work efficiency in company increases. Such a system diminishes the risk of losing or damaging documents, and at the same time ensures the security of information included in documents.

BCC and Content Management’s joint offer is already used by PWP (Polskie Wydawnictwa Profesjonalne), telecom operator Netia SA and advertising agency McCann Erickson. Earlier BCC executed works in optical document archiving in SAP for Elite Café, Knauf and others.
