At PZL Mielec a Sikorsky Company, the implementation of SAP HR solutions supporting human resources management has been started.
The SAP HR implementation was started in May this year. As part of the project, BCC consultants will deploy SAP functionalities in the field of personnel administration and payroll calculation as well as “soft HR” – functions supporting professional development of employees.
The military industry, which the company is connected with, is especially highly demanding for service providers in terms of an information security policy. The additional challenge in the SAP HR project underway will be also a combination of a newly implemented system with a corporate SAP ERP system functioning at the Sikorsky Aircraft company.
SAP HR will process data of almost 2,000 employees of the Mielec-based company. The use of the new system is scheduled to start in January, 2011.
