Since January 2016, Jacob Holm, Global manufacturer of spunlace non-woven fabrics, has been using SAP application management in its branches in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Under the contract for SAP application management, experts of the BCC Group provide remote assistance to employees of Jacob Holm, solving problems arising from the current use of SAP.
The application management is implemented for the two integrated systems for enterprise management: SAP ERP and SAP Business One. In the scope of SAP ERP, the support applies to areas of finance and controlling, sales and distribution, as well as material management and production planning. In the first phase of the SAP ERP application management, the support covered companies in Switzerland, Spain, the USA and Japan. In turn, the support for users of SAP Business One apply to Argentina, Mexico and China. In subsequent phases, the support will cover companies of the capital group in other countries.
SAP application management (in other words remote support for SAP users) in the BCC is provided based on a permanent contract and SLA records by dedicated teams of service consultants, operating within the framework of the BCC Outsourcing Centre – a dedicated service organization of the BCC. The consultants of 7milowy from the BCC Group, specialised among others, in the support for this system are responsible for handling notifications for SAP Business One.
