HR SPRINT, prepared by BCC, the first preconfigured version of the personnel administration and payroll module in SAP R/3 system in Poland. HR SPRINT makes it possible to implement these key HR management functions in SAP R/3 cheaper and quicker.
This solution is another element of R/3 SPRINT (preconfigured SAP R/3 system for medium size companies), and it can be also started in companies where SAP R/3 system has been implemented in a standard way.
HR SPRINT includes the advanced functions of management of the data of employees and co-operators and the functions of calculation of payroll (regular and special) together with a preliminarily configured catalogue of wage elements, as well as an extensive collection of personnel and wages reports (including statistical reports). HR SPRINT makes it possible to prepare application and accounting documents for ZUS [Social Security Office] and Revenue Offices, and to generate electronic payments and automatic booking of settlement results.
One of the advantages of HR SPRINT module is its package of forms which, after filling in by the client, make it possible to configure key areas of the module, specific for a given company. The process of transfer of personnel and wages data from old systems to HR SPRINT is supported by specialized applications.
HR SPRINT is the only preconfigured HR solution in SAP R/3 fully adjusted to Polish conditions. The catalogues of wage elements, types of absence and reports were prepared on the basis of experience from the biggest implementations of HR SAP R/3 module in Poland.
