Hochland, the cheese producer, together with BCC has started SAP implementation in human resources management. The project is going to involve about 900 employees in 3 plants in Poland.
The solution in mySAP HR, created for Hochland Polska, will support personnel administration, organizational structure management and settling payroll. The project is also going to cover time management and integrating mySAP HR with an external TR (time registration) system. The productive start of the system is scheduled for December.
The implementation is being carried out by the employees of Hochland Polska, specialists from Hochland headquarters in Germany and a team of BCC employees. BCC consultants are to take part in configuring and tests of the system, conducting training for employees of Hochland Polska and consulting in Polish legal characteristics in HR solutions. BCC is also going to assist Hochland employees in the system’s productive start.
