The largest supplier of coffee and coffee brewing devices for catering industry in Poland uses a comprehensive SAP solution that also supports customer service. It is the implementation of Customer Service module, one of the few in our country.
Elite Coffee Services (ECS) is a unit of one of the largest producers of coffee in Poland; Elite Cafe. ECS customers are companies of HORECA sector: hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes and other catering companies.
The implementation of SAP in ECS was to improve customer service, and achieve more thorough profitability management, thanks to including customer settlements into SAP system. The implementation of CS (Customer Service) module is important from this point of view. CS will support processes such as: lease of coffee makers, overview and repair of the devices, complaints management.
It is one of the few implementations of a CS solution in Poland. In other SAP areas, namely in finance, controlling, material management, and sales and distribution the project is based on SAP solution implemented by BCC in Elite Cafe.
Implementation works at ECS have been carried out since August. The system is scheduled to be ready to use in January 2007.
