Single Customer View is an extension of the SAP standard (produced by BCC), which ensures a complete picture of relations with a particular customer without the need to activate several system transactions and reports. The SAP user sees essential information in one place, that is, on the so called Customer Card. The user may also search for customers according to dozens of criteria (such as telephone number, contact persons and offer or invoice number). This solution improves sales and customer service.
