According to the results of this year’s survey concerning customer satisfaction, 92% of Customers are satisfied with BCC services in IT outsourcing and SAP application support.
Once more BCC surveyed its customer satisfaction with outsourcing and support services. This time more than 100 customers were asked to evaluate their cooperation in the field of hosting and system administration, collocations, a backup data center, IT helpdesk, and also their satisfaction with SAP application support services. The survey was carried out using the CAWI method (Computer Assisted Web Interview).
According to the customers, the major strengths of the services provided by BCC included: consultants’ expertise, very quick and professional handling of critical requests and an integrated support center – consultants from many areas are available in a single place.
Outsourcing and support services are provided by the BCC Outsourcing Center – a dedicated support organization. IT outsourcing services are based on the double security infrastructure of BCC Data Centers. In providing its services, BCC applies international working standards for IT service management (IT Service Management System compliant with ISO 20000 and ITIL) and security (Information Security Management System compliant with ISO 27001), among other standards.
