Five plants of Valeo will be using SAP application support services in BCC outsourcing center.
Under the contract, which comes into force in November, BCC service organization will serve as a help desk for key SAP users in Valeo. Valeo companies in Poland use corporate SAP solutions located on servers abroad. Thanks to the contract with BCC Valeo will obtain a steady, Polish language assistance in everyday use of the system, which will help better use the potential of SAP solutions.
BCC consultants are going to support Valeo key users in a wide range of SAP solutions, including the following: financial accounting (FI), controlling (CO), project system (PS), material management (MM), production planning (PP), plant maintenance (PM), quality management (QM), sales and distribution (SD), data warehouse (BW), EDI solutions and industrial SAP IS-Automotive solution.
The contract covers 5 units of Valeo Group in Poland: Valeo Engine Cooling, Skawina; Valeo Wiper Systems, Skawina; Valeo Lighting Systems, Chrzanów; Valeo Motor & Actuators, Zielonki near Kraków and Valeo Electric & Electronic Systems, Czechowice-Dziedzice.
