Cefarm Rzeszów SA, Cefarm Śląski Katowice SA and Hurtownia Leków Aflopa SA, companies involved in wholesale of pharmaceuticals, have been using SAP solutions in the field of finances, since January this year. The implementation works were carried out by BCC.
SAP implementation project in Orfe group (a group those three mentioned companies belong to) was aimed at gaining competitive advantages on the pharmaceuticals distribution market, by improving the area of finance management within the whole group.
Orfe Goup is one of the biggest distributing companies on Polish pharmaceutical market, with local subsidiaries in several regions of Poland.
Orfe SA, having predominant shares in Cefarm companies and Aflopa, has been using SAP solutions since January 2001, in the following areas: finance accounting, fixed asset accounting and controlling. The same functionalities were activated in the affiliated companies in January this year.
