As a result of an audit conducted in February 2016, BCC received a unique status on the Polish market as SAP Certified in SAP HANA Operations Services partner, confirming the competence of BCC for the comprehensive maintenance of SAP systems based on SAP HANA – the latest platform for in-memory data processing. In addition, SAP SE renewed the status of BCC as SAP Certified in Hosting Services.
During the audit in the BCC Outsourcing center, the representatives SAP SE conducted a comprehensive review of BCC’s processes, procedures, tools, and standards implemented in the organization as well as the competence of the consultants. They also reviewed the infrastructure of the BCC Data Centers – two independent, but interconnected data centers located in Złotniki near Poznan. The audit confirmed that the infrastructure of the BCC Data Centers, the approach to the provision of services, the competence and potential of BCC for the provision of SAP outsourcing services comply with the highest standards of SAP SE.
The key area of the audit was the verification of the potential of BCC to provide outsourcing services for systems based on the SAP HANA platform. The audit confirms that the hardware infrastructure used by BCC meets the requirements for performance, availability and security in the context of the maintenance of the SAP HANA platform. BCC provides its SAP HANA services on the TDI model platform (Tailored DataCenter Integration).
The positive result of the BCC audit was confirmed by the award of the statuses SAP Certified in Web Hosting Services and SAP Certified in SAP HANA Operations Services.
The SAP SE audit proved that BCC provides the outsourcing of systems in compliance with the highest global standards – with regard to applications based on traditional databases, as well as those operating on SAP HANA.
