BCC MatFlow is a ready to use BCC's proprietary solution that supports the creation of material master data in the SAP system using the SAP Business Workflow technology.

 

“Time for migration to SAP HANA  – challenges, experience and benefits”

Our experts will present the unique experience of BCC. We executed one of the world’s first migrations of SAP ERP to the SAP HANA platform. Basing on our broad experience in Business Intelligence and SAP technology BCC provides a full range of services for SAP HANA (implementation, development, managed hosting in BCC Data Centers). BCC has its own hardware and software laboratory for SAP HANA, where our customers can test SAP HANA in a given (their own) SAP system.

"BCC Matflow – Easier Master Data Management in SAP”

 

BCC MatFlow is a BCC's proprietary solution for companies that want to streamline the process of management of material master data and material-related master data over a relatively short period of time and at reasonably little cost. BCC Matflow is a reliable tool automating the creation of master data and ensuring that all the process stages are executed at the right time, in the right order and by the right people, with minimum redo/rework loops, errors and breakdowns.

BCC MatFlow offers innovative solutions including:

  • separating the process of creation/changing of the material master data from the actual direct use of the material master file
  • possibility to keep the records of material requirements with respect to collective projects (for example launching a new brand in the market).

Master data management – frequently encountered problems.

SAP Business Workflow as a response to the most common master data management problems.

This tool enables the implementation of efficient, consistent, repeatable master data management processes through:

  • Task sequence control
  • Matching the job to the user
  • Process monitoring.

Model of standard master data creation process using BCC MatFlow.

We will present you a model developed on the basis of BCCs experiences acquired during implementation of the projects in manufacture and trade companies.

Material Requisition

The main tool in the BCC MatFlow workflow process will be exemplified by the creation of a finished product record.

Master Data Project Sheet

A functional tool designed to arrange the groups of processes based on the Material Requisition.

Online (live) examples in the SAP ECC 6.0 system.

We will show you the examples of the use of the solution in a demo  SAP BCC system.
