Since May this year BCC has been providing its services of expert support for the SAP HR project, realized by the ERP Company in the public sector.
ERP, whose headquarters are in Vilnius, is a leading provider of IT consulting services, including SAP, in this region of Eastern Europe. The project realized by ERP consists of implementation of SAP HR, the system supporting human resources management, in a public sector institution of the Republic of Lithuania.
BCC consultants support the ERP project team in preparation of the SAP HR system, including personnel administration, training and recruitment management. The institution for which ERP has been implementing the project will be the first organization in Lithuania to use the SAP HR solution.
Supporting SAP HR implementation is the second project in Lithuania in which BCC is involved. In the years 2005-2006 BCC carried out implementation in Central European branches of Antalis, a paper distributing company. This project also covered the company UAB Antalis Lietuva.
