Since January 2014, USP Zdrowie, a number one company in the OTC segment of the Polish pharmaceutical sector, has been using the SAP application management and SAP administration support at BCC.
The Polish pharmaceutical company, a manufacturer of such drugs as Apap, Ibuprom, Gripex or Vigor, has been using the services of the BCC Outsourcing Center since January 2014 inthe field of support for SAP users and administrators.
As part of thecontract for the SAP application management, BCC support consultants provide the employees of USP Zdrowie with remote assistance in solving the problems that occur during the ongoing operation of the system. The service covers all the areas managed by the SAP system at USP Zdrowie: finance and controlling, sales and distribution, materials management, production planning and quality management, inventory management, as well as the area of HR and SAP BW data warehouse.
Additionally, the companyuses remote SAP administration support provided by BCC experts (including assistance and substitutions during administrator’s illness or holidays) and support of the IT administrator for a technical infrastructure (servers, arrays, etc.).
The BCC Outsourcing Center provides a comprehensive service of the IT environment maintenance: starting with hosting and collocation, through system administration to the application management service – support of SAP users. The Center handles over 100 Service Level Agreements (SLA) for various IT systems, including SAP. In addition to the team experience and technical infrastructure, the quality of the BCC Outsourcing Centre services is based on the labor standards resulting from the IT Service Management System, compliant with ISO 20000 and ITIL, and from the Information Security Management System, compliant with ISO 27001, among other things.
