Three other international corporations have chosen BCC for corporate SAP implementation support.
In the Greek branch of Schneider Electric, an energy distribution, controlling and automatic industrial systems corporation, BCC provides implementation support of SAP solutions in the scope of project system. This solution has been previously developed by the Polish Schneider Electric branch together with BCC, and then used in Schneider Electric Czech Republic.
In the Bulgarian branch of pharmaceutical GlaxoSmithKline company, BCC provides implementation support of SAP solutions in sales and distribution. In this project, we are using our experience from the implementation at Glaxo Wellcome Poznań, which is currently a part of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals SA.
Other co-operation model is SAP system roll-out support in the local legal conditions. Many SAP implementations are completed by the mother-company consultants, and support from a Polish consulting company is often necessary in the project due to the need to be familiar with the local business and legal conditions.
In the case of Gonvarri implementation – Polish branch of Gestamp, a Spanish automotive industry corporation – scope of BCC works includes adjustment of SAP corporate solution to the Polish legal requirements concerning financial accounting and fixed assets accounting. The project is conducted in co-operation with consultants from the Spanish headquarter.
BCC has many years of experience in co-operating with international implementation teams. BCC consultants have provided support in roll-out projects for over 20 corporations, e.g. for the Żywiec Group, Ferrero, MAN, Makro Cash & Carry, and Volkswagen group companies.
