BCC has prepared an intuitive application for handling production orders, which is installed on workstations with a touch panel. BCC Simple Production Panel is a proprietary BCC product compatible with SAP Business One. It is installed in production or service companies using this system.
The application is primarily used by shop floor operators. Using the touch terminal, employees record the start and end time of individual operations of the production order. The solution also allows you to record the issue of raw materials or semi-finished products for a given production order, for example.
The basic benefits of using the BCC Simple Production Panel include shorter time of entering data into the system by an operator, which allows him to focus on actual production-related tasks. At the same time, the company is benefiting from integration – the data from the production area is consistent with data from other areas thanks to the central SAP Business One system.
