Poznań-based consulting company BCC received SAP Competence Center certificate which entitles it to provide customer service that has been so far delivered only by a global service unit of the SAP system producer.
BCC also offers additional technical and application support, thus providing clients with a full range of necessary service related to SAP maintenance.
For a client BCC’s taking over the support service means a better use of SAP global service network knowledge which BCC consultants contact on client’s behalf. By uniting the knowledge of a client’s system with expertise in performing tasks for other clients and an access to the knowledge collected in SAP global service, the consultants are able to recommend a client the best solution to a problem really quickly.
Thanks to the SAP Competence Center certificate granted to Poznań-based BCC company the clients who buy from BCC a licence for SAP software will get service support directly from BCC. The clients will be able to pass service reports to BCC service department that knows the company’s features and its SAP system very well. Constant contact between a client’s system users and BCC service consultants ensures that the reports are dealt with by people who know well the company’s business operations features. All this helps solve the problems quicker and more efficiently.

The companies using SAP software are provided support by the producer within standard service fee. This includes support in solving current problems, updating and developing software and assistance in the best possible use of the system sources. So far the reports filed by SAP and BCC clients in Poland have been forwarded to consultants in the global SAP service unit. Now the clients may also use direct technical support service provided by BCC.
