In April 2009, BCC consultants completed the rollout of a corporate SAP template to a new production site in Romania. The project lasted four months.
Our client, a multinational FMCG sector corporation, has been using in its Romanian business an SAP system, also implemented with the help of BCC, since 2008. Now, after acquisition of a new production site, the company has decided to extend the solution. The SAP rollout included a complete functional scope of the corporate SAP template, from Finance and Controlling, through Material Management, Production Planning, Quality Management and Plant Maintenance, to Sales and Distribution.
