On October 8th this year, Bartłomiej Buszczak, BCC President, presented the company's growth strategy for the years 2011-2014. The strategy “BCC +international” provides for the establishment of several foreign subsidiaries, doubling the team of consultants and a significant increase in the company’s revenues from projects outside Poland while maintaining the position of the SAP market leader in Poland.
In the last three years, BCC has become one of the largest Polish exporters of IT services, and ca. 40% of the company's revenues have come from abroad. International clients have commissioned BCC, among other things, to build and develop corporate SAP systems and to carry out their implementations – in more than 20 countries in total. Apart from Poland, BCC has delivered projects mainly in Western and Eastern European countries, but also in more remote locations, for example, in Indonesia or Egypt. At the same time, the company still remains the SAP services market leader in Poland. It has the largest team of SAP consultants in Poland, as well as a professional IT outsourcing center.
“We are ready for rapid growth and further expansion abroad. Remaining the undisputed leader of the SAP market in Poland, we intend to position BCC as a significant, independent provider of SAP services on an international scale. Hence the name of the new strategy pronounced: “BCC plus international”, says Bartłomiej Buszczak, BCC President.
According to the strategy BCC +international, the company will establish subsidiaries in several European countries, including Germany. The plan provides for expanding the team of consultants to over 400 people, including the construction of a nearshore center beyond the eastern Polish border. As a result, the company's revenues will double within four years. At least 60% of revenues are intended to come from projects carried out outside Poland.
The growth will be financed by current profits of the company. If the scenarios of improvement of the economic situation come true, BCC will return to the plans of public issue of shares.
As outlined in the strategy BCC + international, the offer of BCC will continue to focus on services related to SAP systems, on IT outsourcing and consulting projects on the borderline between IT and business consulting. “Our international clients highly value the quality of BCC services. Based on these standards and many years’ experience, we are able to provide clients with support in SAP projects practically anywhere in the world”, underlines Bartłomiej Buszczak.
