First stage of SAP R/3 system implementation carried out by BCC has been finished in Grupa Handlowa, a subsidiary of Browary Zywiec SA (Zywiec Breweries).
Grupa Handlowa came into being as a result of separation of marketing and sales departments from Zywiec Group. The company is responsible for marketing, promotion and sales support of all Groups brands produced in Zywiec, Warka, Elbrewery and Lezajsk breweries.
In the first stage of the undertaking managed by Piotr Łopatka of BCC the following SAP R/3 modules were activated: financial accounting (FI), assets accounting (FI-AA) and controlling (CO). Implementation of those three modules was carried out in a record breaking time of two months (November – December 2000).
