BCC was honoured with emblem of the program "Investor in Human Resources". Organised by Institute of Management and Public Research Workshop and under the patronage of deputy prime ministers: Janusz Steinhoff and Longin Komolowski, it is meant to facilitate constant improvement of human resources management practice.
In order to take part in the program companies were subjected to an audit checking human resources management practice, especially with regard to employees development. BCC went through the test successfully, which means that personnel management practices functioning in the company were considered to be exemplary.
The emblem is granted for a period of one year – so it constitutes an obligation to maintain high standards and improve personnel policy in order to reach for the emblem again next year.
