BCC has deployed Ingentis org.manager at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (PTC). It is an application used to visualize an organizational structure, based on data from the SAP HR system. BCC, an SAP HR Expert Partner, is also the distributor of org.manager software for companies using SAP HR in Poland.
The purpose of the implementation of Ingentis org.manager at PTC is to provide managers and departments involved in human capital management with tools for managing the company’s organizational structure, using the data available in the SAP HR system of PTC. Since August this year, org.manager has been providing the data of PTC employees and associates, their position in the organizational structure and relationships among them in a convenient graphical form.
The implementation and further development of org.manager at PTC is a responsibility of BCC. Under a partnership agreement with the German company Ingentis, it is the distributor of org.manager software for companies using SAP HR in Poland. BCC provides customers with org.manager implementation services and training.

Ingentis org.manager provides data on an organizational structure and individual employees (including their contact details, roles, photos, locations) in a user-friendly and attractive form – on a company’s intranet portal, for example. In addition, the application provides managers with tools to control and optimize HR processes. They enable, among other things, the simulation of changes in an organizational structure and their impact on personnel costs. The application, which is manufactured by the German company Ingentis, is used by more than 400 companies worldwide, including organizations with a few tens of thousands of employees.
