On 17 October, during the Teched conference in Munich, SAP AG announced starting the SAP Mentor program. Among a few dozen experts invited to the group was Michał Krawczyk of BCC, the only representative of Central and Eastern European countries.
SAP AG created the SAP Mentor program to promote the most active SAP experts from all the countries. Thanks to the participation in the program the mentors gain direct access to the latest information on SAP product news. They also have easier access to SAP AG experts who work on developing new solutions and technologies.
Close contact with SAP AG will help the mentors to share the knowledge with other members of SAP professional community even more effectively. On the other hand, their experience and comments will help to improve and develop SAP AG products.
A year-long participation in the SAP Mentor program is a way of honoring an expert for his active participation in the world SAP community, e.g. on SAP community portals: SDN (which gathers mainly SAP technology specialists, including SAP NetWeaver) and BPX (which groups business users of SAP). SAP mentors are chosen by SAP AG employees and members of SDN and BPX.
Michał Krawczyk is one of the most active experts on the SDN portal. During last 3 years he has come first and second in terms of knowledge on SAP XI integration technology. Michał Krawczyk is also a co-author of the first book published in world SAP Press publishing house by Polish specialists. Along with Michał Kowalczewski, the leader of e-sales team at BCC, he wrote ‘Mastering IDoc Business Scenarios with the SAP XI’.
