During one of the deployments managed in Change Request Management BCC performs the most important functions such as: Change Manager, IT Operator and Developer.
The deployment is carried out on 6-system environment:
All work related to the implementation of a new solution is performed within the project path. The changes will be bulk transferred to the maintenance path on the day the test phase is completed in the Quality Assurance System. The solution is possible by using one of Change Request Management functionalities which is Retrofit.
Each partner function plays a separate role in the project ensuring that changes may be processed to the production system by a single person. The properly customised workflow substantially improved the pace of changes processing, facilitated the information flow and ensured the safety of changes processing in each of the phases.
