For the second time, BCC has found itself as a prize-winner of the "Investor in the Human Resources" programme, organised by the Institute of Management and the Social Research Studio, under a honour patronage of Mr. Jacek Piechota – the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy.
The "Investor in the Human Resources" programme is aimed at finding companies that implement outstanding programmes of action, focused on development of human resources and supporting maintenance of good relationships between employees.
External auditors very highly estimated BCC activities in the field of human resources management. The company was rewarded for a high level of organisational culture and organisational climate, encouraging commitment and determination of employees to perform the assigned tasks to the best possible level.
Above all, BCC was honoured for providing conditions encouraging development of the whole staff and for the high level of identification with the whole organisation. The research showed that relationships between the employees are focused on partnership and co-operation, significantly contributing to fast achievement of the company business goals.
BCC belongs to an elite circle of 6 companies from the Wielkopolska region, that have been honoured with the prestigious title. The emblem is awarded for the period of one year – so it also commits the company to maintain the high standards and develop its personal policy.
