The company, which is a leader on the SAP services market in Poland, ended 2022 with nearly 10% increase in revenues, and the size of its team exceeded the symbolic barrier of 500 employees.
Pandemic, war, slowdown in economic growth – the string of unfavorable events in our environment seems endless. We, however, are still on a growth path and are expanding the team. We are growing in practically every area, not only in SAP implementations, development and service, but also – the delivery of our software solutions, and software development services.
All for One Poland’s revenues amounted to PLN 184.1 million – almost 10% more than in 2021. In December 2022, the size of the team exceeded 500 people. The organization works in a hybrid model – remotely and from six office locations. The headquarters in Złotniki near Poznań and offices in Poznań, Warsaw, Cracow and Bydgoszcz were joined by an office in Gdańsk in 2022.
The company’s main activity remains SAP-related services, including – Managed Services (maintenance, administration and application management) and SAP implementation and development. At the same time, the share of services for SAP installations in the cloud was growing, as well as the number of supported migrations to S/4HANA. A dedicated department of the company, the Digital Transformation Center, specializes in migration projects and other SAP transformation projects
Exports accounted for more than 40% of the company’s revenue. All for One Poland’s consultants and programmers have supported projects in countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Bulgaria, the UK, the US and Saudi Arabia. Poland, however, remains the most important market. In addition to support, implementation and development of SAP systems, the company has expanded its offering of proprietary add-ons. Among them, the All for One KSeF package is noteworthy, enabling the generation of e-invoices for the National System of e-Invoices. More than 70 customers have already chosen it.
The company has also developed solutions supporting the digitization of customer processes. A new generation of All for One ECM (version 3.0) has been released. BeeOffice’s employee self-service platform has been enhanced with, among other things, functions for handling HR requests.
2022 also completed the integration of All for One Poland into the All for One Group, the largest SAP partner in Central Europe, based in Filderstadt near Stuttgart. All for One SE acquired the remaining 49% shares in All for One Poland from its previous shareholder, SNP SE.
