Airbus Defence and Space: SAP application management for the oldest aircraft manufacturer in Poland

Since July 2013, Airbus Defence and Space PZL Warszawa Okęcie – the oldest Polish aircraft manufacturer uses the BCC Outsourcing Center within the support of SAP users.

Airbus Defence and Space PZL Warszawa Okecie manufactures aircrafts since 1928. Since that time the company developed and introduced into serial production aircrafts such as PZL-104 Wilga, PZL-106 Kruk and PZL-130 Orlik. Since 2001, the company belongs to EADS CASA (currently Airbus Group).

As part of the SAP application management contract, the BCC service advisors grant remote help the company staff to troubleshoot problems that occur in the current system operation. This service includes all areas that are covered by the SAP system in the company. These include the finance and controlling, sales and distribution, materials management, production planning, quality management and the HR department.
