RAWAG from the Bode Group, the manufacturer of products for rail and road vehicles, with the support of 7milowy of the BCC Group completed the rollout of the SAP ERP system. The solution was transferred from a German company Schaltbau Holding AG to the company's plant in Rawicz.
Representatives of the German Bode Group companies, Polish employees of Rawag and 7milowy as the local SAP partner took part in the venture.
The rollout of the SAP system involved the financial (SAP FI module) and controlling (SAP CO module) areas. The main task of the consultants of 7milowy was to support Rawag in adapting the system to Polish legal requirements, local business specificity and user training in the mentioned areas. The system was launched in July this year.
During the project 7milowy also served as a consultant – represented Rawag in talks with the German headquarters, consulted the system prototype proposed by the Bode Group and recommend system solutions for the Polish company.
Fabryka Wyposażenia Wagonów RAWAG in Rawicz is the manufacturer of modern products for rolling stock, trams, buses.
