Rollouts, transformations, maintenance and development

Global success and strategic partnership

Managing the SAP systems environment in large corporations is a complex task. Heterogeneous IT landscapes, different business needs of local branches, the desire to centralize management in a single corporate system, the global reach of the company, different business lines... - these are just some of the factors that raise the bar of difficulty. Companies deal with this problem in various ways, such as setting up central IT departments, creating shared services centers operating globally or serving selected regions. All for One Poland cooperates with many corporations around the world, carrying out work in different areas and models. One such company is Sonova AG.

Sonova’s multinational operations thrive in a multilingual, multicultural environment. The company’s work culture emphasizes shared values, respect, responsibility, openness, and commitment. These values resonated with All for One Poland, leading to a successful partnership.

The collaboration between Sonova and All for One Poland began in 2020, focusing on SAP corporate EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) template rollouts to distribution companies. Over three years, the program was successfully implemented in several countries, including New Zealand, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal.

As a medical device manufacturer, Sonova adheres to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards. All for One Poland employees involved in Sonova projects undergo special trainings to comply with these standards.

In 2022, Sonova expanded its business portfolio by acquiring Sennheiser Electronics’ consumer division. This acquisition necessitated an SAP systems project, which was expertly handled in cooperation with All for One Poland, who implemented the core elements of intercompany purchase and sales processes.

7 years ago, Sonova established its own Service Center in Warsaw, which serves as a hub for the maintenance and development services of its SAP systems. The center operates in synergy with other corporate units and engages specialized partners like All for One Poland, which is contributing to a high availability of their systems.

Sonova’s success story is a reflection of strategic alliances, unwavering commitment to quality, and the adoption of innovative solutions.

Over the last few years All for One Poland has been a very reliable partner in delivering Projects in time, scope and budget. Sonova appreciates the professional collaboration and is looking forward to many more successful projects together.
